Les Secrets de Lafon Rochet is the second wine of Lafon Rochet in Saint Estèphe.
Owned by the Tesseron family, this 45 hectare estate has quaternary gravels
on the surface and sub-soil of clay and limestone. The blend in Les Secrets
is 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc. The estate uses
all organic fertilizers and picks by hand. The musts are fermented in temperature-controlled
stainless steel and aged 12 months in barrel. Fining is done with egg whites.
