Producer Grande Maison Region Southwest France Encepagement 100% Sauvignon Blanc Elevage Eight hectoliters per hectare. Description This special wine is new in 2000 and is made exactly the same as the regular Cuvée Monsieur except that it is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has a deep golden color and the same sugar level as the regular blend, but the Sauvignon gives it more acidity and freshness and a lemon-lime character followed by layers of creamy vanilla toast.
