Description The emphasis in Cuvée Mademoiselle is on fresh, clean, ripe and sweet pineapple and lemon fruit. The wine is well balanced with enough acidity to keep the sweetness from being cloying. It is finely textured with a lemon-curd vanilla toast. This is simpler than the more expensive cuvées, but a remarkable value.
