Destemmed. 40% foudre, 15% demi-muits, 45% tank. Three week maceration. No fining or filtering. Little to no sulphur. Reviews for 2004 Vintage From the International Wine Cellar (Jan/Feb 2006): "Points: 87-89. Medium red color. Exuberant nose offers forward aromas of red berries and fresh rose.
